Description

Final payment: Final payment must be received by 4:00PM ET on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 by cashier’s check, money order, credit card or bank wire. The maximum total credit card payment per account is $100,000. We accept VISA, MC, DISCOVER & AMEX. Any balance above $100,000 must be paid in full via bank wire or cashier’s check. NO EXTENSIONS FOR FINAL PAYMENT.

To make final payment by credit card you have on file for purchases over $5,000, follow the prompts from the email you receive at the close of the auction. You will be able to view your balance due invoice and make payment directly through your invoice.

If you are making final payment with a Bank Wire, Check or Money Order, email us at goauctions@cwsams.com to inform us that your final payment is in process. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY SUCCESSFUL REGISTERED BIDDER. MONIES RECEIVED BY PARTIES OTHER THAN THE SUCCESSFUL REGISTERED BIDDER WILL BE DECLINED. Electronic bank transfers for final payment of purchases must originate from an account of the registered buyer or the business the buyer represents. The transfer must include the bidder number. Any electronic bank transfers received from an account other than that of the registered bidder will not be accepted and will be returned to the originating bank. BANK WIRES MAY TAKE UP TO 24 HOURS TO PROCESS. ACH payments are not accepted.

Purchases of $5,000 or less require payment in full on date of sale (purchases up to $5,000 will automatically be charged to the credit card you use for deposit)

Purchases over $5,000 require a $5,000 deposit day of sale with full/final payment due by 4:00 p.m. ET, Tuesday, July 7, 2026. There will be no extensions for final payment.

Removal: Merchandise must be paid in full before removal of any lots. All merchandise must be released to original buyer at one time. CWSAMS WILL NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO REMOVE THE MERCHANDISE PURCHASED BY THE REMOVAL DATE. REMOVAL IS AT THE EXPENSE, LIABILITY, AND RISK OF THE BUYER. Buyer must present a photo I.D. at the time of merchandise release. Should registered buyer wish to send an agent to pick up merchandise, buyer must prepare and sign a notarized authorization letter identifying the agent to act on his/her behalf. Removal must be completed on or before the dates below or buyer will default the terms of sale and merchandise will be resold by U.S. Customs & Border Protection.

This description is to inform buyers of items available for sale and to give bidders enough information to determine if they are interested in inspecting the merchandise. Bidders are cautioned that all weights, measurements, descriptions and export status listed must be considered approximations and do not create any warranty that the merchandise actually conforms to such descriptions. Again, failure to view or inspect merchandise shall not constitute cause for cancellation of sale. CWS may, at its discretion, provide photographs or slides as a courtesy to bidders. Bidders are cautioned against bidding on items based solely on a photograph.

Change: CWSAMS does not make change for more than 10 percent of the purchase price. It is recommended that bidders paying by cashier’s check or Money Order submit multiple checks in small denominations if they do not expect their purchases to equal the deposit amount.

Vehicle Title: Vehicle title status is unknown for all vehicles in the US Customs GO Merchandise auction.

Disputes & Rebids: The CWSAMS Sale Manager’s decision is final in settling disputes. A bidder’s retraction does not revive any previous bid.

Terms and conditions

I acknowledge that my confirmation below authorizes CWS to charge the required deposit amount indicated to my credit card on file. This places a “hold” of the required deposit amount of $5,000 on my credit card. I understand that if I am a successful bidder, this amount will be applied to my purchases and will be charged to this credit card on day of the sale. If purchases are less than $5,000, only the purchase amount is applied. I further acknowledge that if I am not a successful bidder, the funds authorization will be voided by CWS; however, a funds hold in the deposit amount may be placed on my account by my banking institution lasting up to 30 days. My confirmation below further indicates that I have read and understand all the Terms and Conditions of Sale and agree to thereby be bound by said Terms and Conditions of this sale and any other sale in which I choose to participate. I understand that I will be contacted via email with auction access information upon receipt of deposit. It’s the Buyer’s responsibility to understand & comply with the complete Terms and Conditions of the sale.
